Travel Tips and Advice

Essentials to Pack: Make sure to pack lightweight, breathable clothing suitable for the sun, along with swimwear for beach days. Don’t forget sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses to protect against the sun. A beach mat or a towel is essential for lounging, and a waterproof bag will keep your valuables safe from the sand and sea.

Optimal Visiting Seasons: Plan your trip between November and March when the weather is cooler and drier. Visiting early in the day can help you avoid the midday heat and enjoy the serene beauty of the beach.

Respect Local Customs: While on the beach, swimwear is acceptable, but it’s advisable to cover up with a sarong or a light cover-up when leaving the beach area to respect local cultural norms.

Culinary Delights: Indulge in local seafood delicacies such as grilled lobster and fried shrimp from beachside stalls. Carry bottled water to stay hydrated as you explore the area.

Safety First: Always swim in designated safe areas and be cautious of strong currents. It’s best to avoid swimming alone and to keep a close eye on children.

Payment Readiness: While many vendors prefer cash, some may accept mobile payments, so it’s wise to have both options available for convenience.

Weather Preparedness: Check the weather forecast before your trip. Be prepared for sudden weather changes, especially during the monsoon season, which can bring unpredictable conditions.

Activities to Experience: Enjoy the scenic Marine Drive, explore nearby attractions like Himchari Waterfall, and visit the tranquil Inani Beach. For adventure seekers, activities such as jet skiing, kayaking, and parasailing are must-tries.

Cultural Exploration: Visit the Ramu Buddha Temple and the Burmese Market for an enriching cultural experience. The market offers unique souvenirs and insight into local craftsmanship.

Accommodation Choices: Choose from luxury resorts such as Sayeman Beach Resort or opt for cozy stays like Mermaid Beach Resort, which offer unique experiences and spectacular views.

Enjoy your escape to Cox’s Bazar Beach, where every moment is a chance to connect with nature and local culture.

Lots of hotels and Restaurants, Last part of November, December, January and February are the most crowded time here, So book your seat before going there. If you love calm environment avoid those months.

Although poorly given form in many places, the municipality here doesn’t know how to develop things, the beach is long, with nice sand and in general safe. There are many places where you can go without tourists, and swimming can be done almost anywhere. Inani Beach is to be avoided as it is too popular
